Meet Your Facilitators
Karen Nann
Karen began her journey into yoga in 2002 after a high school back injury. Karen is certified in Ashtanga, vinyasana, sculpt, hot series, wall, mat pilates, step and spin. She uses her knowledge in all of these disciplines to teach innovative series. Her focus is in anatomy and alignment. In her free time, Karen enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and playing with her kids, husband and her new dog-Panda Unicorn!!
Heather Higgins
Heather began practicing yoga in college and became a teacher in 2018. She is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher currently working towards her 300-hour in a Kundalini Spiritual Warrior program. Heather loves to combine her passions for both anatomy and spirituality to create dynamic classes that speak deeply to the human experience. In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her daughter, family, and friends.
